  5. Add curry roux and cream cheese and simmer. Adjust the amount of roux to suit the texture and taste you want. Taste, add salt if necessary, and it's done.

This beef mince curry is an Indian classic made with peas. Very similar to chili with minced meat and beans but here we use ground beef and frozen peas instead.
