- Now add ginger garlic,saute till golden colour.add onions and potatoes with salt,bcoz salt.and cover till the potatoes become half cooked.
- Now add cauliflower and give a stir.cover the lid again And cooked till the cauliflower cooked half.
- After that add tomatoes paste and green chillies and all the masalas and cover it again till the masalas and Tomates cooked properly.
- Now stir it for a while.
- Reduce the flame and saute till the water of tomatoes evaporates.
- Add garam masala over it.serve it in dinner or lunch with roti, Prantha and u can sandwich too.
