  13. Make ready 15 cloves garlic

Steps to make Green Gravy Fish:
  1. Clean and marinate fish with salt,dry masalas and lemon juice.. Keep aside for 5 mins.. Shallow fry it till crisp
  2. Take garlic in mixer, add bunchof coriander leaves, dry masalas, green chilies… Blend it in fine paste
  3. Take oil fry this coriander mixture till it leaves oil
  4. Add tomato puree, fry again till oil seperates
  5. Add fish and fry again..
  6. Finally add water and adjust water consistency.. Leave for 10 mins on lower flame
  7. Fish is ready.. Serve it hot with steam rice

Patin silver catfish steamed with chinese style. I thought of making it like a manchurian. Hubby bought some beautiful fish from the market and those were perfect for this. An indulgence of fries, gravy and cheese. This is an old recipe, easy and kids usually like it.
