- Repeat the same with the remaining banana leaves, paneer cubes and mixture paste.Apply a bit of mustard oil from top.
- Now either steam cook or micro cook the leaf envelopes till they become tender.Set aside.
- Take a deep based frying pan.Put the ghee and heat up till smelling.Add pieces of cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and bay leaves Pur the rice and stir fry till the rice becomes dry enough.Now put water from the top.Be sure that the rice remains below a finger tip of water below.
- Pressure cook the rice till it gets your desired texture. Adf salt sugar and dip the leaf envelope (patauris) in the cooked rice.Remove from the flame and press the lid tight of the cooker fir 10 minutes. Serve hot.
