  6. I normally do 6 hours on medium. And I stir half way through
  7. Finally add the coriander and Garam masala.. serve hot with rice naan or chappati

Minimal effort with loads of flavour. I made this curry last week I like to remove some of the fat from the slow cooker, and then stir in a little cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce slightly.
