Instructions to make Banana poha:

  2. After 5 min soak poha in milk for 15 min.
  3. Meanwhile place a pan over medium flame add 2 tsp ghee in it and add sugar/ jaggery as per your choice and let the sugar/jaggery melt.
  4. Now add soaked poha and cook it for 5 to 10 min and add mashed banana and cook until thick and creamy.
  5. Once done, serve it in a bowl and garnish with chopped nuts.
