  4. Saute for approx 30 Minutes. Now it will be dried. Add water for gravy. Close the cover of the cooker. Flame of gas will be medium. After 4 wistle switched off gas and leave it for 10 minutes.
  5. Mutton Masala Gravy is ready. Take it out in a bowl, garnish with green coriander and serve.
