  1. Slice veg (carrot, yellow pepper, onion and mushrooms)
  2. Tenderize steak and slice then dredge in flour
  3. Stir fry beef quickly then remove to a plate
  4. Stir fry veg (put some salt to draw out the water)
  5. Add soy & mirin sauces and stir fry for a few minutes, then returning beef to wok
  6. Add Frozen udon & water and wait for a few minutes, then adding cooking wine to stir frying udon
  7. Enjoy it with white sesame seed on the top & must taste it with a bottle of beer 🍻
