Steps to make Masala toast sandwich:
- Take 2 slices of bread. On both slices apply butter and green chutney.
- For green chutney add coriander roughly chopped, salt, chilli powder, roughly chopped ginger, Chaat masala, 1/2 small tomato and grind it to thin paste. Chutney is ready.
- Now in bowl add mashed potatoes and add salt and chilli powder and Chaat masala. Mix well. Now apply this mashed potatoes mixture on one bread slice. Then on top apply green chutney again
- Now on top of this apply cucumber and then onion slices
- Now apply tomato and capsicum slice. Sprinkle some pinch of salt, chilli powder and Chaat masala. And cover with other slice on it's top.
- Now in a pan add 1 tbps cooking oil and put bread on tawa. Cook both side and grated some cheese.
- Masala toast Mumbai style is ready to serve. Garnish it with aloo bhujiya and serve with sauce and cup of tea.
