- Prepare all the dough as above and fold the leaves to make ada with filling inside.
- Press the sides to seal so the mix of jaggery will not leak while steaming
- Place the adas on the idli thattu and steam cook for 10 minutes
- Bring down, transfer to serving plates.
- Cut the banana leaves into shapes as shown in photo, open and serve
