  5. Then add chopped onion, reduce the flame to low after 2 mins and cover it with lid.Stir occasionally, let the onion get cooked.Wait until the onions are transparent.
  6. Add the ginger and garlic paste, increase the heat to medium. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Now add the marinated goat and mix everything well.
  8. Now add in tomato puree and chilli garlic sauce,mix well. Cook until the oil starts to come out from gravy.
  9. At this time, add 2-3 cups of water,mix everything well. Bring it to a boil.
  10. Take a pressure cooker, transfer all the Goat curry in it.
  11. Close the lid and pressure cook for 5 whistles or until the meat is cooked. Turn off the flame,wait for 5-10 minutes to release the pressure.
  12. When done,open the lid of the pressure cooker, adjust salt, add ghee and garam masala powder into it.Give a quick stir before removing from heat.
