  9. As the ghee warms add cumin seeds and methi dana to it.
  10. As the cumin seeds and methi dana crackles add ginger garlic paste to it.
  11. After 2 minute add onion paste, cover the lid for 5 min.
  12. After 5 minute add tomato green chilli paste.
  13. As the tomato paste is added, add salt to it and cover the lid for 5 min.
  14. After this add all coriander powder, turmeric powder, zeera powder, red chilli powder. Mix them and after mixing add cream. After mixing all above cover the lid for 10 min.
  15. After 10 min as the gravy leaves oil add milk powder and mix it well then add all the fried vegetables, paneer and ½ cup water then cover the lid for 5 min.
