- Make a ghol by adding following things(1/2 cup water+3/4 cup milk +1 tsp saffron water+ salt+ 1/2 bowl fried Onions +2 tsp Chopped Coriander) mix all in a bowl and pour on the layer of rice
- Cover and cook the biryani for 20 minutes on low flame. Yummy biryani is ready to serve
