  2. Heat oil in kadhai. Place a plastic sheet on Puri press board. On it place a portion of bajra- methi dough flatten ball..
  3. Cover and press lightly to make 3" debhra..on it sprinkle white sesame seeds.
  4. Slowly pick the debhra from plastic sheet,drop in hot oil,deep fry on medium flame,on both sides to golden brown in colour.
