- Next mix 1/2cup of water,or more if required. And mix all the ingredients properly to a fine batter.and keep aside
- Heat the oil in a karhai,and deep fry the tikkies,coated the sesame seeds over the top of the tikkies while frying
- Fry the tikki till it's turn dark brown or well fried. Continue one by one till all the tikki is done.fry upside down and switch off the flame.and take out the tikki from the karhai.
