  2. Knead semi soft dough with water & curd.Keep rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Knead it again. Make small portions of dough. Roll it thin dhebra.
  4. Heat the skillet on medium heat. Once hot placed rolled dhebra on the skillet. Cook it on medium flame. Apply some oil on bothsides and flip and cook on both sides until brown.
  5. When done take it out from skillet and put in insulated container to keep it hot.
  6. Repeat same procedure for rest dhebra.Serve with pickle or chutney or yogurt or raita.
