The ingredients needed to make Fish rolls:
  1. Take 3 cups flour
  2. Get 4 tbspn margarine
  3. Prepare 1/4 tspn baking powder

  8. Prepare 2 small red bell pepper
  9. Take 1 small green pepper

  15. Get Oil fr frying
Instructions to make Fish rolls:
  1. Sieve flour with baking powder,add sugar,margarine and mix to incorporate. Add water gradually to form a dough
  2. Transfer dough on floured surface and mix for 2mins
  3. Shred carrots wit grater,chop onions, pepper and garlic
  4. Remove the oil from the can of sardine then place in frying pan.let it heat fr 1 min then sautè onion and garlic until fragnant
  5. Add in other veggies,add little curry and 1 seasoning cube (no need fr salt as most sardines ar salty)..Add the sardines
  6. Mix the fish and veggies together. Your filling is done
  7. Bring out dough, cut a little piece of dough
  8. Roll it on floured surface to form oval shape
  9. Put a tablespoon of the filling at one end of the rolled_out dough then fold the dough over the filling.
  10. Fold in the edges too..roll til the oda end..u can seal the end with little water. Repeat fr d rest
  11. Heat oil on high heat fr abt 5mins, then reduce the heat to medium and put the rolls to fry. Do not overcrowd the pan
  12. Fry fr abt 5 to 6 mins turning half way until golden brown
  13. Remove and place on paper towel to drain excess oil
  14. Enjoy!!
  15. Note: Do not put too much baking powder, as the rolls may turn out wit big holes and absorb a lot of oil
