- Add condensed milk to the pan and mix well with the reduced milk. Taste the sweetness amd if required, add sugar or more sweetened condensed milk.
- Beat 2 eggs in a bowl and add it to the pan and mix well with the milk mixture.
- Let it cook together untill the mixture becomes dry. (Do not let it become too dry!) You can keep it little wet if you want.
- When the mixture is dry, add 1 tsp unsalted butter or ghee.
- Add lightly roasted 8-10 cashews which are split into half and mix well.
- The dessert is ready. Take it out in a bowl and garnish with cashews. Serve it hot or cold.
