- Now keep the dough aside for 1-1 1/2 hour to rest.
- Now take the dough and mix it well.
- Take small round balls and grease a plastic sheet and give a shape to it of a small Puri.
- Take a Pan and put the Puri like ball on it.Sprinkle some sesame seeds on it.
- Then flip the sides of the Puri and Take a few drops of Olive oil and slowly with a spoon make it puff up by adding oil.Make it crispy from both sides and cook it till it's golden brown.
- Serve hot with Green chutney and Yoghurt.
