Add the spinach a few handfuls at a time, stirring until it wilts before adding more.

- Wash your meat and put aside. Take a pan and heat some oil put onions and let it cook till translucent add meat and ginger and cover. Let it cook well. Fry untill the meat is brown.
- Add tomatoes hoho salt and turmeric cover and let the tomatoes cook under low heat. Keep checking and frying until the tomatoes are cooked completely.
- Add chopped dhania turn once and remove.
- Take another pan and fry onions add spinach and a pinch of salt fry and add abit of royco cover for 2 minutes add 2 tbsp of coconut cream let it simmer for 1 minute. Remove
- Serve with ugali.
