- Prepare 1/2 tsp. Sugar powder

- Prepare 1/2 cup curd

- Get 1/2 cup wheat flour

Make tadka :-Heat ghee add cinnamon stick cardamom cloves fenugreek seeds mustard seeds cumin seeds add asafoetida curry leaves and pour in a curd mixture. Cook for 2-3 mins kadhi is ready.
- For Raita:- Grate cucumber add in a curd chopped banana salt red chilli powder cumin powder mustard powder. Mix well. Raita ready
- For Raw Mango salad :-Grate mango add lemon juice Kashmiri red chilli powder salt sugar powder mix well.
- For roti mix all ing. And knead a soft dough rest it for 10min. Make a mid.size ball Roll and roast on tawa. Apply ghee Roti is ready.
- For rice wash and soak rice 5-10min. And boil add salt lemon juice. And ghee stir and cook. 10-15min.Rice is ready.
