  1. Place a french bread on a clean, dry surface and cut it from the centre, so as to make 2 bread halves.
  2. Slit each bread horizontally using a sharp knife.
  3. Place all the 4 breads on a clean dry surface with both the sides open. - Place 2 cheese slice halves on the upper side of each bread.
  4. Place all the breads on a baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c for 10 minutes. Keep aside. - Place one toasted bread on a clean, dry surface and arrange lettuce evenly over the lower half of the toasted bread.
  5. Place tomato slices, cucumber slices, ¼ cup of onions, ¼ cup of capsicum, over it and sprinkle a little salt and pepper evenly over it.
  6. Put the chilli–mayo spread and the mint-mayo spread evenly over it according to taste.
  7. Sandwich it with the upper side of the toasted french bread and press it lightly.
  8. Serve immediately.
  9. Method of making Spaghetti..Heat olive oil in a medium pot over medium heat. Add onion and saute for 5-7 minutes, until tender.
  10. Add garlic and season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes and saute another 30 seconds. - Increase heat to high then add sliced tomatoes and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
  11. Add spaghetti noodles and stir until they wilt and fit in the pot. Cover the pot, reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 5 minutes.
  12. Remove from heat and let spaghetti sit, covered, for a few minutes - Stir in grated cheese, taste and adjust seasonings. - Serve with subway style Sandwitch.
