- Prepare 1 bowl Urad Daal
- Get to taste Salt
- Get 1 tsp Cumin seeds

- After half an hour remove all balls from water and squeeze excess water by pressing them between your palms.
- Now in a bowl filled with curd put all the balls. Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, roasted cumin seeds, black pepper. Add imli sounth and mint chutney over it. Decorate it with shredded ginger and pomegranate seeds.
