But I knew potato and panner were the main ingredients so gave a try and instantly loved it. Mix the corn, cheese, potatoes, green chillies, paneer, coriander and the above prepared sauce. Instructions to make Paneer Corn balls:
  1. Grind bread slices and make crumbs. Keep aside. Grind sweet corn coarsely, keep aside.
  2. In a bowl mix together paneer, sweet corn, chutney, chilli powder, salt, corn flour.
  3. Make thin slurry by adding water to rice flour,add salt and pepper to it.
  4. Make small balls of paneer,corn mix. It should bind well if not u can add little more cornflour.
  5. Then dip each ball in slurry and roll in bread crumbs. Fry in medium hot oil till golden brown.
  6. Serve with some tomato ketchup mixed with honey mustard sauce.
