- Wash the beaten rice (i used red poha) 3 to4 times, drain and keep aside.
- Grate jaggery, cube banana, grate fresh coconut, roast raisins and cashews in ghee.
- Take a bowl put the beaten rice, banana, coconut, jaggery, cardmom powder, ghee with roasted nuts and hot water. mix well. simple and tasty snack is ready.
- Note: you can add extra jaggery if you would like to have sweeter. if the poha is thin wash and keep aside, if it's thick soak for a minute(it shld be little soft).
