Now mix everything together and let it get roasted for another 2 minutes. Now put 2 small cups of water, mix well, close the lid of the cooker and cook until 3 whistles.
  4. After you open the cooker, mash everything with a masher, taste the bhaji, and add more salt if required.. the bhaji is ready
