  10. Prepare Garlic- 3 -4 cloves, ginger- 1 inch

  12. Prepare Ghee or white butter

  5. Now add milk and peas stirringly.
  6. Add salt and sugar and spices.Some water if it is too thick.
  7. At last add fresh cream and kasuri methii to enhance the taste.
  8. Eat it with nan or missi roti.
  9. Don't use methii water Use it for other purposes.
