- When the garlic smell has gone then add chilli powder and remaining half of the masala powder in it.
- Add a little water in it and add the mashed vegetables in it and cook it for sometimes and if you need add more water. Cook it till your desired consistency.
- Then add chopped coriander leaves and 1/2 tsp butter in it and switch off the flame. - Now your bhaji is ready.
- Heat a tawa with butter, pav bhaji masala, chilli powder and chopped coriander leaves and roast the pav in it.
- Now your Pav bhaji is ready. Serve hot.
