Veg pulav or mixed vegetable rice is a combination of vegetables and rice and it's the most comforting food for me and my family. - For Veg Pulav : All whole masala with Shahi Biryani Masala, chopped onion, all veggies
- Take a cooker. On medium flame add oil and all whole masala. Accept biryani masala. Roast it to 2 min. Add onions.
- Saute the Onions till it get slightly brown. Now add all veggies. Saute it for 5 min.
- After 5 min add Shahi Biryani Masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder
- Mix it well add salt. Add soaked Rice.
- Add water. And get it boil. Now close the lid and make 2 whistle. Pulav is done.
- For Raita: take a mixing bowl add urd,salt, sugar, black salt and mix it well. Add fruits and mix it again. Put into refrigerator. Serve chill
