  23. Get 1 big cup HungCurd
  24. Take 2 tsp Sugar
  25. Get 1/2 cup chopped grapes, promogrante

  2. Take a cooker. On medium flame add oil and all whole masala. Accept biryani masala. Roast it to 2 min. Add onions.
  3. Saute the Onions till it get slightly brown. Now add all veggies. Saute it for 5 min.
  4. After 5 min add Shahi Biryani Masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder
  5. Mix it well add salt. Add soaked Rice.
  6. Add water. And get it boil. Now close the lid and make 2 whistle. Pulav is done.
  7. For Raita: take a mixing bowl add urd,salt, sugar, black salt and mix it well. Add fruits and mix it again. Put into refrigerator. Serve chill
