- Mix semolina with whey of paneer and keep aside for 10 min.
- Add chopped onion,add grated carrot.
- Mix chopped peppers,add salt to taste.I did not have any fresh coriander so I added ground coriander powder 1/2 tsp.Add black pepper powder.
- Add curds 1 bowl and mix together.Mix nicely with all vegetables.
- Add oats powder and rice flour mix together.Keep aside.
- Heat a nonstick pan small one,add wood pressed coconut oil, heat oil add mustard seeds splutter them,add curry leaves.Splutter add in rava veggie mixture.
- Mix all of this in rava mixture.Add eno in this mixture,add little water. Heat wood pressed coconut oil approximately 1 1/2 tbsp non stick pan.Heat add the mixture in pan.Cover and cook for 5 mi on slow flame.
- Open lid and check if crisp on one side,little golden brown flip it over.
- When crispy on both sides flip on plate.Let it cool a little cut with knife or pizza cutter.Serve hot with tomato ketchup and amla green chutney.You can serve with chutney of your choice.
