- Remove fried boondi in a bowl
- In another pan, add sugar, little saffron colour and water mix it till sugar dissolves
- Boil it for 3-4 mins than add elachi powder and lemon juice mix well
- Add fried boondi in it and mix cook it for 2-3 mins and turn off the flame
- Cover it with lid and let it rest for 10 mins
- Remove it in a bowl add chopped dryfruits of your choice mix well.. Make ball size round shaped ladoos
