- In a large bowl sieve the flour and add salt, cumin and black pepper. Make a well in the flour and add the melted butter. Add the warm water and make a dough. Add half cup water and gradually add more if required. Dough should be of a stiff consistency. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Knead and take a lemon size ball from the dough. Roll a round circle and cut small round discs. Using a crimper or plucker make small indents as per photo. Deep fry on low heat until light golden brown.
