  1. Take matki(moth bean) and peanut in a cooker. Close the lid and boil it for approximately 10 min to 15 min.
  2. Dice onion, tomato and chop garlic.
  3. Take a pan. Add 1tsp oil(I used sunflower oil). Once the oil is slightly hot add chopped garlic. After 10sec add Onion and tomato.
  4. Now take out the Matki from cooker and add it to the pan. Little water in it is fine but you can remove excess water.
  5. Add pinch of turmeric, grated jaggery, chilli powder, salt and mix it.
  6. Let it cook for 5min and then take it out.
  7. You can garnish it with coriander leaves and grated coconut(optional)
