Soak the sprouts and peanuts overnight and boil it by adding salt. Put all the boiled sprouts in a blender and make it into a coarse powder. Sprouted Moong Cutlet (Tikki / Kabab) is made from sprouted moong beans. Sprouted Moong Cutlet is rich in fiber and a significant source of protein and carbohydrates.
Steps to make Sprouts Tikki:
- Take a small mixer jar, add sprouts and grind it coarse.
- Take a bowl, add coarsely grounded sprouts, add all spices, and corn flour or rice flour. Make like a dough. If it's too sticky add more corn flour or rice flour to the mixture.
- Grease your hands with oil and take a small portion of the mixture and shape into a tikki.
- Heat a pan, add some oil. Once the oil is hot, place the tikki's on the tawa and roast ti golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with green chutney and curd.
