  4. Now transfer cauliflower in a mixing bowl and add chopped coriander leaves, green chilli, ginger and all dry masala and mix well.
  5. Now heat a griddle. Take a ball of dough and roll with the help of rolling pin and put cauliflower mixture on it. Fold all edges.
  6. Roll it again.
  7. Put it on pre heated griddle and roast for 2 minutes. Flip the side and roast from other side also.
  8. Apply cooking oil on both sides and fry till golden brown colour.
  9. Serve hot with butter and tea.
