Now add onion&tomato puree to this and salt as per taste, mix them well. Next add chopped capsicum, oregano, red chilli powder, coriander powder and allow it to cook for 5 mins. Then add the cooked pasta to the sauce and allow it to cook for another 5 to 7 mins with the lid closed.
  4. Add kauri Methi in the end and mix it well.Pasta in Makhani sauce is now ready to be served. Can be served with Garlic bread.
