Spoon the marinade over the ribs, turning to make sure they are completely coated. These are sticky, spicy and sweet, which is the exact opposite of how I like my barbecue.   6. Place the individual ribs on a baking tray and brush the mixed glaze onto each rib. Ensure you give a nice coat on all sides.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the glaze gets sticky. DO NOT let your glaze burn by keeping it too long.
  8. And you are done. Now plate it and serve with some roast potatoes or just as is.
