Steps to make Spicy Milagai
Podi (dry Chutney):
- Roast Til dry and remove it in a plate.
- Take a tsp Oil, add whole bedki chillies and curry leaves and stir fry them. And Remove.
- Add a tsp oil, and add both dals, rai and methi dana. Stir fry them too and remove.
- Add Grind Til and Dal mixture first and grind it
- Add Chillies and hing and salt and now grind again.
- Our Podi is ready. Store in an Air Tight Container.
