Instructions to make Khameer ki puri:
- Boil chana Dal and set aside my straining it water.kerp the strained water for further use
- For qeema.take a pan add a tbsp of oil. add ginger garlic red chilli green chilli paste and cook it
- Than add qeema and cook it
- When qeema is cooked and dried add chop onion from which the water is already squeezed.cook it
- Turn off the flame add Black pepper garam masala cumin powder coriander fresh and mix and let it cool
- Than add boil chana Dal and mix it with your hands
- Khameer. in bowl add all the khameer ingredients flour suji baking powder salt oil egg yeast mashed boil potato and mix it
- Add chana Dal water and knead it nither too liwuidy nor too hard it would be sent liquid in nature.
- Let it rise for few hours
- Make small round balls from weeks mixture
- Wet your hands.take a small amount of khameer in your hand.spread it with wet hands.put weeks ball on it and overlap the ball with khameer
