- Add chopped onions, finely chopped chillies and coriander leaves. Also, add salt and 3 tablespoons of Yoghurt.
- Let the batter set for 30 mins. Add oats 10 min before you cook. Now, heat the pan and start pouring the batter from outside (form a circle) and keep pouring batter into the circle until it's filled.
- Cook in medium-low flame until the edges start to rise and then flip it over. Contiue to cook 4-5 dosa with the batter.
- Note: Use less Ragi/Caracan millet flour since it makes the dosa dry, however wheat flour gives the soft and spongy texture. Half soaked oats will give a crunch while you munch it!
