Steps to make Bhangi bundina ladoo:

  2. Heat the oil on medium heat and using a ganthia zara or ganthia machine make ganthias. Let it cool and grind in a grinder. Sieve it thru a sieve. The texture should be grainy. Transfer in a wide bottom tray. Add in the cardamom powder, pistachios, raisins, trutti frutti, saffron and almonds and mix well.
  3. In another pan add water and sugar and make sugar syrup of 2 thread consistency - Add the saffron milk to it. Add orange colour if preferred. - Add the syrup to the mix and mix well with a spatula. Once mixed add in 1/2 of the melted ghee and mix. Add the remaining ghee and mix. Make ladoo using traditional method or use mould to make them.
