- Soak little millet rice overnight.(6-8 hrs)
- In a grinder, add soaked little millet rice and grind.
- Simultaneously,In a mixer jar,add tomato,small onion,jeera,red chilli grated coconut,asafoetida,curry leaves,fenugreek and grind in a mixer jar.
- Once little millet batter is ready,mix it with the tomato mixture and mix it well.
- Then add the little millet batter with the dosa idly batter and mix it well.
- Now place the dosa pan on the stove and add some oil and make dosa.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.I m sure this will be one of your favourite dosa:)
Use a wet spoon to scoop them out. We do this instant ragi dosa at least once in a week for our Breakfast/dinner. Ragi is rich in dietary fibre. So it is good for irregular bowel movements. This dosa tastes heaven with Tomato chutney.
