Pav Bhaji is one of India's most popular street food. The dish originally is from Mumbai but its widely popular all across the country. A mix of veggies are mashed and cooked with a special blend of spices and then served with eggless dinner rolls. Instructions to make Pav bhaji (Soya bhaji):
- These are the all ingredients.
- Take 2 tsp oil in pan… Add ginger garlic and green chillies saute it. Now add onion cook it 2 mins then add capsicum and cook it 2 mins in low flame.
- Add Soya granules and cook it then add potatoes and mix it well. Cook it.
- Then add all spices and cook it.
- Now add crushed tomato (u can add puree) cook it 3 mins then add water and lemon juice and cook it for 10 mins on medium flame.
- I am making it dry (coz in my family everyones like thick bhaji) but you can make little watery texture…. Bhaji is ready…..
- Take ghee/butter in add add 1/2tsp red chilli powder & pav bhaji masala just mix it then put pav (cut it from centre only three sides, one side joint) on it for 10-20 seconds.
- Serve it hot hot with onion….
