  1. Pour oil in a pan. When oil become hot, take it out in a bowl and use it afterwards.
  2. Now add lady fingers and fry it in a low flame. When they become crunchy, take it out in a bowl.
  3. Now pour same oil in a pan, add Urad daal, kalonji, Rai, Methi dana, cumin seeds and Curry patta.
  4. When Urad daal changed it colour from white to red then add crushed red chillies, salt, green chillies, little bit of water and bhonofy it.
  5. Now add lady fingers, lemon juice and bhonofy it in a low flame till oil comes out.
  6. Dish it out, sprinkle Chaat Masala and few drops of lemon juice.
  7. Serve it hot with chapatis.

I added some amchoor powder in this, which gave a nice tangy effect to it. If you love amchoor powder, You can even sprinkle some after it is fried. So give this a try and. Meanwhile, sprinkle salt, chilli powder and asafoetida powder on the lady's finger slices. Sprinkle this mixture right before frying them, as they shouldn't go soggy.
