  1. Melt ghee or butter in a frying pan on low. Add coconut and lightly toast so some of the shreds are golden brown. Be very careful not to burn!!
  2. Add milk gradually and cook on medium low. Stir constantly to avoid burning.
  3. When most of the milk is absorbed, add sugar and cardamon powder. Continue cooking on low-medium until sticky, stirring constantly.
  4. When the mixture is thick enough to form into balls, remove from heat and put into a bowl.
  5. While still warm, form into small balls using 1 Tablespoon of the mixture each.
  6. Roll in extra coconut flakes and they're ready!
