Pani Puri recipe or Golgappas Recipe - puffed puris stuffed with ragda, sometimes moong I am happy to share the pani puri recipe from the streets of Mumbai. I have lot of vivid memories of eating. Pani puri or golgappas is my most favorite chaat from childhood. I used to have them often on the streets and it was something I have thoroughly enjoyed.

- For Dough prepration take a bowl add 1cup of semolina,2tbsp of flour and 1/2 tsp of salt then gradually add water and knead a dough
- Now cover it with a cloth and left for 30 min..
- Beside this for preparing pani of pani puri add5cup of water in a pan then add imli water in it (soak immli in 1cup of water for 10 mints the seporate it's seeds and add)
- Then add 1tbsp chaat masala,1/2tsp salt,1tsp of black salt,1tsp sont powder and 1tsp of red chilli powder and mix and and give it a boil then strain and put aside to cool down..
- Then take dough make small balls and then make a thin roti out of it then with a circle cutter cut small puries out of it…Then add oil in a wok and let it heat then on low flame add purries and add oil over them so it well let them to come upwards and let it be golden brown…then took them out and put aside
- Then make a hole in then with your finger tips and then add boil potatoes (add yellow food colour while boiling potatoes) and boil chick peas then serve with pani and enjoy…
