  1. Dry roast peanuts and remove it skin and keep aside.
  2. Deseed the dates and chop into fine pieces.
  3. Dry roast sesame seeds for 2-3 mins on low flame and keep aside.
  4. Take a pan and add ghee and add finely chopped dates and cook on low flame for 5 mins till dates turn soft. Off the gas and remove and let it cool.
  5. In a grinder add dates, roasted sesame seeds and half cup roasted peanuts.Grind everything well.Remove in a bowl and add elaichi powder and jaiphal powder. Remaining half cup roasted peanuts crush it coarsely and add it to the mixture. Mix everything well.
  6. Make bite sized ladoos and store in airtight container..
