  1. Get 2-3 big raw mangoes
  2. Get For tempering–
  3. Get 1 cup oil
  4. Make ready 3 tbsp Fenugreek (methi powder)(methi kuria)
  5. Make ready 3 tbsp mustard seeds powder(rai na kuria)
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp black pepper
  7. Get 1 tbsp soaf(fennel seeds)
  8. Make ready 1 tsp asafoetida (hing)
  9. Take 2 tbsp red chilli powder
  10. Take 3 tbsp salt
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp turmeric powder

Steps to make Instant Raw Mango Pickle..!:
  1. Take a bowl wash and chop mango into small pieces given below
  2. Take a pan add oil once it gets heat add black pepper. Once it gets sputter add sauf and hing immediately add Fenugreek and mustard seed powder immediately in high flame once bubbles come up off the flame and close the lid immediately.
  3. Once it cools down and if it little warm add chilli powder, turmeric powder salt and mangoes into it and mix it. And keep aside. After 24 hours you can store it in a fridge
  4. Note- if there is less oil in pickle boil the oil once it cools down add it into the pickle. As it stays for longer time. In instant mango pickle we need not add turmeric and salt after chopping.

The crunchiness of the maanga with the fresh spices gives a nice taste to. The Instant Raw Mango Pickle is so easy to make that it is actually a child's play.
