- Take 1 bowl khand or sugar powder
- Prepare 1 glass full cream milk
- Take 2 teaspoons pure ghee

- Put a kadhai on flame, add milk and boil it, then add milk powder and 2 teaspoons pure ghee and cook it for two minutes. Add grind cashew to it and cook it for 4-5 minutes till it gets thickened.
- Add sugar and half katori coconut boora and stir it for a while, then allow it to cool down completely. Make round shape Ladoos and wrap it with remaining coconut boora.
- Do the same with all Ladoos and you can store it in an air tight container. I am sure every one will like the quick dessert.
In a pan mix the the desiccated coconut and condensed milk. Make it into small balls when it is cool. You can skip it if you don't like it. Nuts: I have used finely chopped almonds and cashews. You can skip and make plain ladoo.
